Tomorrow’s run is at 7:00 am for the social runners and 6:00 am for the fall marathoners. Here’s the scoop from John Kendra:

Weather is looking very fine (~70, relatively low humidity, clear) for a great Sunday morning long run with WRC! Maybe time for some who have been missing a lot to get back in touch with your running chums?? Seriously, we miss you, don’t be stranger, you’re missing some good stuff.

As a slight twist, the marathon training group will be meeting extra early (0600!) to get in some miles (~6 mi) before our normal commencement in front of CB2 at 0700. (How’s that for commitment??) Doing this so that that group can enjoy a convivial social time at D&D with everyone else instead of arriving to find an empty table!

Come join us to celebrate Canada Day and the Fourth of July! We’ll meet at 7 am Sunday at the CB2 in Georgetown, take a picture, run a bit, and then drink coffee at Dean and Deluca.

For a change (change not guaranteed), let’s meet on Sunday at 7:00 am in front of the CB2 in Georgetown for our weekly social run. Then, let’s have some bad coffee at Dean & Deluca.
