WRC Donates One (1) Extra Hour of Sleep to Runners

Daylight Savings Time ends Sunday, November 4, 2012. Set your clocks back and enjoy the extra hour of sleep so you are ready to tackle the challenges and merriment of the WRC Sunday Distance Run.
