M3 Massage teams up with WRC

M3 Massage is a new massage place in Georgetown (3070 M Street NW) that is focusing in sports and prenatal massages. Their therapists, Rodrigo, Leah, and Christian, specialize in sports massage and would love to help WRC’ers through painful training cycles. A massage at M3 would be the perfect way to recover from your long run. M3 takes appointments as early as 9am on Sundays.

M3 is offering WRC members a 10% discount. Just make sure you mention that you’re a member when you make an appointment. For more information, see M3’s website (www.mtrois.com).
Pacers comes to Logan Circle

Pacers just opened a store in DC’s Logan Circle neighborhood geared to the competitive runner and tri athlete. Slowly, but surely, Pacers Logan Circle is bringing in running shoes that no other store in the city carries. Also, the Pacers Logan Circle’s store manager, Robbie Wade, will be coming to a WRC long run to get feedback from club members on how to improve the store’s running shoe selection. If you stop by the store beforehand, make sure you introduce yourself to Robbie and congratulate him for recently qualifying for pro status in the triathlon. Robbie took the amateur divison at the NYC Tri and took 2nd place overall at the DC Tri.

WRC members get a permanent 10% discount off their purchases at Pacers.
If you have any questions concerns, ideas, or just want to chat about running, you can reach us at elyse.braner@gmail.com and tammaanne@gmail.com. We would love to hear from you!
