What an amazing showing at the DC Half! Race results for the DC Half include: Jordan Konig 01:38:10 (7:30 avg pace), Rahul Nandi 01:22:04 (6:16 avg pace), Lawson Kennan 01:30:35 (6:55 avg pace), Alina Korovatskaya 01:50:17 (8:26 avg pace) and Daltyn Payne (pacing Alina) 01:50:17 (8:26 avg pace). Wow, great job you all!

A few 5k mentions: Run! Geek! Run! Alexandria 5k 23:20 (7:32 avg pace) taking 2nd in M65-69, Frithjov Iversen. In 4th place at the Tidal Basin Run 5k with 30:30 (avg pace 9:50), James Scarborough. And honorable mention with 29:42 for Nick Stamatakos at Fletcher’s Cove parkrun.
