| To calculate from your target PACE
1. Enter the pace you plan to run in minutes and seconds.
2. If applicable, enter the pace you expect to slow down to toward the
end of the race. To get negative splits, enter the pace you expect to increase
to rather than a slower pace.
3. Enter the mile where you expect the fade to kick in.
4. Click on Calculate now to get
your readings.

To calculate from your target FINISH TIME
1. Enter your target time in hours and minutes. For the half-marathon
the target time can also be entered just in minutes.
2. Enter the amount of fade. This is how much you expect to slow down
and can be entered as seconds per mile, or as a percentage. To get negative
splits, enter the amount of fade as a negative value by preceding it with
a minus sign. Select the type of fade calculation required.
4. Enter the distance (mile) where you expect the fade to kick in.
5. Click on Calculate now to get
your readings. |
